Why You Should Hire A Senior Pictures Photographer
Senior pictures are a significant rite of passage in the lives of many high school seniors, marking a pivotal moment of transition from adolescence to adulthood. Much more than mere snapshots, senior pictures are an opportunity to capture and record a senior’s unique personality, idiosyncrasies and–for lack of a better word–style. I find that the creation of these photographic records serves as an excellent bookend to the end of childhood/adolescence and the beginning of adulthood.
There are only so many moments in life where hiring a professional photographer to photographically record a person or event is highly recommended. I would submit that a properly executed senior portraits session is one of those moments.

My Denver senior photo sessions can be tailored to a senior’s personal preference and all shoots are done on location. So, whether you’re leaning more towards an open space/nature shoot or would prefer to be in an urban setting, please feel free to discuss with me your vision for your senior pictures.
Of course, I am happy to offer suggestions and recommendations regarding shoot locations in Denver, Boulder, and across the Front Range upon request.
Additionally, a senior may bring up to three changes of clothing for his or her shoot plus props like sporting equipment, musical instruments, or dad’s old Ford Mustang… whatever feels good to you.
If you’re booking my standard package, 90 minutes should be a perfect amount of time to get all the shots we want to get. But I’m happy to flex an additional 30 minutes if necessary at no additional cost if we haven’t quite captured your vision for your senior photos with the standard 90 minute time slot. No worries!
