What to Expect from Your Engagement Photo Session

My sessions are all about capturing the real you—no forced poses, just natural interactions and authentic moments. I’ll provide guidance to help you feel at ease while making sure we get those stunning, frame-worthy shots.

Whether you want to explore downtown, hike to a scenic overlook, or have a cozy at-home session, I work with you to create a photography experience that reflects your relationship.

Shoots typically take 90 minutes and you would receive all of the high res digital files as well as 2 prints from the session.

I feel like this is a good time to say that you don’t have to be “engaged” to make some beautiful images with your spouse or partner, aka your ride or die.

A couple of years after we were married, my husband and I did this very thing when we were visiting Seattle and hired a photographer. Not only did we love the experience but relish the finished product and still look at those images nearly two decades later. Suffice to say, having a dedicated photo shoot to commemorate your relationship and love make the sort of keepsakes that you’ll still be looking at when you’re much older and grayer.
