\u00a0… And Ruby is one.<\/em>\u00a0 I can’t believe how fast life moves.\u00a0 I feel like it was just a year ago that I was photographing Rachel and Jake’s wedding– when it was actually almost 5 years ago that they tied the knot.\u00a0 Now they are celebrating a new chapter in their lives–a new love, an unbelievable love, a wild ride, a scary and funny and honest journey.\u00a0 And Ruby is one<\/em>.\u00a0 Wow. \u00a0 She’s\u00a0 a precious little bean– gorgeous and smart and crawling all over the place like a little spider.\u00a0 She lights up her mama’s eyes and brings a constant smirk to her daddy lips.\u00a0 Now that I’m a mama myself, I can’t tell you how precious these first year images are.\u00a0 Babies grow so fast–every week there’s\u00a0 a new milestone.\u00a0 I’m so fortunate to get to be friends with the Kesslers and will hopefully continue to photograph this incredible journey they are on.\u00a0 First it was two, now it’s three… and who knows.\u00a0 I think these guys should have a few more.\u00a0 They are amazing parents and glowing like I’ve never seen them.\u00a0 Happy birthday, sweet Ruby–you’re a lucky gal to have such remarkable parents.<\/p>\n
