Let them eat cake—-at Rebelle.
I had the pleasure of working with the incredible stylist and entrepreneur Lauren Searcy on a project for the debut of her new salon, “Rebelle“. Rebelle is the sister salon of Tootsies, and Lauren is branding the space to be very “Marie Antoinette” with big hair, pink walls, gold chandeliers and of course, cake….
Shield your eyes or skip over this blog post if you don’t like things a little racy and on the edge. I really debated whether I should post it on Julie Harris Edge, but then realized that, oh yeah, this is the “life and times of Julie Harris”, I can post whatever I darn well please…
This last image is purely PJ—-One of the models lost a hair extension and I’m not sure why, but it was freaking hilarious. I belly laughed for a good minute or two…
This is absolutely phenomenal – the hair, models, and photos are contagious and memorable. I have to mention my wife, Rebekah, was the other stylist on this shoot and she did a damn good job!
Freakin’ love it! I’m a big Marie Antoinette fan and francophile and these are so much fun. Well done Julie!
I think they are beautiful, fun, and sexy, but not racy. Makes me want to paint a room pink 🙂
The first one is my favorite.
i am working on the PR side of things on this event and these are gorgous!!!!
What kind of lighting did you facilitate on location? Just existing?
Sexy, Sexy, Sexy! A sexy photo shoot by a sexy photographer! 🙂
